The coaches have put together a great summer schedule for lifting and are working on a Green Day program that would allow some evening rowing at Sandy Run during the summer.
But to participate in these events — and get stronger, fitter, faster, and more competitive — you need to complete a few pieces of paperwork and return them to Registrar Mari Mullane. You’ll find all these forms in the forms section of our website or directly via the links below:

- Monday: Walker 6:30 am
- Tuesday: Walker 6:30 am
- Wednesday: Walker 6:30 am / Jimenez 5:00 pm
- Thursday: Walker 6:30 am / Jimenez 5:00 pm
- Friday: Jimenez 5:00pm
- Saturday: Walker/Jimenez 8:00 am.
Lift on your own: July 2–8 and July 31–August 9 due to Red Day schedule.
